Yayasan Perlindungan Konsumen Indonesia (YLKI) meminta penyedia jasa kurir menjamin barang yang mereka antar aman sampai tujuan. Belakangan ada beberapa kasus yang menyeruak di media sosial tentang barang yang mereka sudah beli di e-commerce tak kunjung tiba karena kurirnya bermasalah. Salah satu yang mengemuka adalah layanan Go-Send yang jadi opsi pengantaran di situs belanja daring Tokopedia. Beberapa kali layanan pengantaran di hari yang sama dari Go-Send diduga gagal memenuhi harapan orang yang berbelanja di Tokopedia. Sularsi, Koordinator Bidang Pengaduan YLKI, mendesak Gojek dan perusahaan pemilik layanan kurir memasang standar minimal pelayanan. Menurut Sularsi, belum ada jaminan dari Gojek soa
