An order letter is a letter originating
from an individual or an institution used to order a number of goods or
services.
What is the purpose of the Order Letter?
The purpose of the order letter is to
order an item or service that is desired by individuals or agencies.

The letter head usually contains the
name of the company that sent the letter, company address, telephone number,
email, fax, and so on. The head of the letter is useful to make it easier to
find out the name and address of the office or company and other information
from the sender's company or office.
